    I am extremely grateful for the care we received from Dr Rahman and the clinic on Gili Air. My son was diagnosed with rotavirus, and I was treated for salmonella. From the very beginning, Dr Rahman approached our situation with calm and professionalism, conducting thorough examinations and diagnostics before starting treatment. Every step of the process and every procedure was clearly explained to us, which gave us a strong sense of safety and trust. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and available at all times. When medical indications and unfavorable weather conditions required it, the clinic went above and beyond by organizing medical transport and escort to a larger hospital. Until the very last moment — including the handover to the next medical team — we felt fully supported and cared for by the entire staff.     Five stars are not enough for Nice Doctor in Gili Air. When you’re traveling far from home with your child, any health concern can feel overwhelming. From the very first moment we arrived, the team made us feel calm, safe, and truly cared for. They took such gentle, patient, and professional care of my daughter, always explaining everything clearly and treating her with so much kindness. What touched us the most was the incredible support they provided beyond the clinic. They helped organize everything for our transfer by speed boat and helicopter to Nusa Dua, making sure we could reach the right place quickly and safely.     HIGHLY RECOMMEND I went diving in the morning and later that day developed a high fever and a severe headache. The next morning around 5 AM, I started searching for a reliable clinic with good reviews. There were many clinics near my hotel, but most had only average ratings. I’m from Belgium and traveling solo through Asia, so I wanted to be sure I was in safe hands. I messaged the doctor at 5 AM and received an immediate reply saying I could come in right away. I’m really afraid of needles, but he suggested a blood test to rule out any mosquito-related illnesses. I cried like a baby, but the doctor was incredibly kind, hygienic (which is very important to me), and professional. When I returned later to pay and collect my passport, he examined me again. He told me I shouldn’t dive for five days and invited me to come back on Sunday for a follow-up check to make sure I could safely dive again. At the end, he even asked if I needed transportation.
