  Hmmm, I know I am on a small island and everything is more expensive. But for cortisone cream, which is regular 7k to 9k in Indonesia, they charged 220k!! Be careful Responses to the clinic owner: The examination itself lasted approximately 10–15 seconds, and the medication was charged at 220,000 per tube. An itemised bill would have been helpful to clearly distinguish between the consultation fee and the cost of the medication. As a tourist on a remote island, one is naturally in a more vulnerable position and may be subject to higher charges. Having lived in Asia for over 18 years, I chose not to challenge this at the time. That said, I acknowledge that this was my decision, and I do not attribute fault to you.

  Great overall service, the doctors are nice and the medical equipment looks very modern.
