  Dr. Lens and Nurse Fardan were amazing! They were at our hotel within 20 minutes of us requesting a doctor. They were able to take blood, and do multiple IV drips from the comfort of our hotel. The results were back within hours and they provided all the medication with clear instructions. Even now, all our questions are answered quickly via WhatsApp in regards to food I can eat etc. . 100% recommend this company!

  I cannot thank the team at this clinic enough. I came down with severe food poisoning while staying in Gili Air in April completely alone, far from home, dehydrated, feverish. They came directly to my hotel room, which already meant the world to me. Dr. Lens was thorough, professional, and incredibly reassuring. She took the time to ask about every symptom in detail, explained exactly what she was looking at and why, nurse Opik checked my blood pressure, arranged a blood test, and they both set up an IV drip with electrolytes, vitamins, and paracetamol for the fever. What really stood out was that they didn't just treat me and leave, Dr. Lens and Nurse Opik came back to check on me every few hours to monitor how I was doing. Nurse Opik was equally professional, kind, and calm throughout. Between the two of them, I felt completely safe and in good hands something that means everything when you're a solo traveller feeling that unwell so far from home. Every question I had was answered

  Very good service and highly professional staff. They helped me without any issues and handled all communication with the insurance company after giving me their approval. At all times, they explained the procedures they were going to carry out, the different tests, and the medications they needed to administer. They were attentive throughout the entire process, and even after we left the island, Dr. Salsa checked in daily to see how I was recovering. If anyone needs medical assistance, I would definitely recommend going to this center in Gili.

  I am so grateful to Dr Lens and NS Opik for their professionalism and care when I fractured my wrist while on holiday in Gili Air. They calmly took control, stabilised my wrist, explained the options, and were incredibly patient with the slow response from my insurance company. When we decided to wait till the next morning before transferring to the hospital in Mataram they even rallied extra resources to scooter us back to our accommodation! Their handover to the hospital team was seamless and meant that I was seen and looked after straightaway. Dr Lens then kept in touch in the days following my surgery to check how I was doing. A super professional and lovely team - thank you.
