  In August of 2024 my mother fell off a bicycle and cut her leg quite badly. This was the nearest medical centre. They were kind and very helpful. We did not understand the protocols for treatment in Bali and really had to trust the process. They medivac-d us to the Lombok mainland to the Islamic hospital there. Despite the language barrier, their communication never faltered and they were nothing but helpful. A huge day but very well cared for by every member of the team and always someone waiting for us to handover to the next part of our journey. If you need to go to hospital, trust the process, you are in safe hands.

  Absolute fantastic service! I had 40 degree fever in the middle of the night at 3am and this guy came around to my hotel within 20 minutes and took care of me all night until 8 in the morning. Did the IV drip and supplied me with just the right medication to get me back on my feet quickly. Thanks again brother! Really saved me a fair bit of pain 🙏

  We appreciate the performance of the Menoedical clinic, they were very responsive when our guests had a minor accident, we contacted them directly and arrived at the location within minutes.

  I can wholeheartedly recommend doctor Rahman. Communication was easy and he swiftly came to our hotel to provide my wife with infusion and medication for stomach/belly problems. We were able to travel further 2 days after and he also checked in on those days via message to see if the condition is getting better. This wouldn’t be possible without his help. Thank you so much!
