    I never thought I will have such a kind, caring and professional medical service in an island like Gili (an experience I cant even expect so often in Germany where I live). I visited this center at 4:30am in the morning (we did have to knock a few minutes until the doctor was woken up and showed up. It was a quite night and obviously the staffs try to catch some sleep, which unfortunately I interrupted) coz I had been vomiting throughout the night and clealy have some kinda abdominal infection. The doctor was instantly very attentive and gave me medicines to try, telling me I can call them in to my hotel if it doesnt get better for IV and further medicine. They ended up coming to my hotel room three times to check and exchange IV infusion, each time with such gentle and kind treatment. At the end they gave me a medical report and detailed invoice for insurance.     My friend was really ill, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps. We needed multiple meds, IV and a few hotel visits (as we opted to have it done in the hotel) and even blood tests. Was panicking about the price because my friend has no insurance. Entire process was smooth, doctors and nurses were very friendly and I didn't feel like we were getting ripped off.     My boyfriend was treated today for Bali belly and dehydration. The nurse took blood and he received an IV with medication. The treatment helped him a lot. Dr. Dhyni and the nurse were very friendly and understanding. They also gave him tips on how to proceed so his stomach can recover. We felt well cared for and would definitely go there again, if needed. Thank you so much!
