It was snail service at first, driving me mad. So many customers yet front office clerks look like they do not care at all, queue is a mess, tv monitors for queuing doesn't work. But when my turn comes, it was like oasis especially when a courteus female clerk name Ms.Ima come to me. She was making me enjoy and she's very helpful through the process.
