I would like to express my disappointment regarding my experience with your hospital yesterday. This was our first and will likely be our last visit. We came with two young children who had been suffering from a prolonged cold, and we expected a pediatric service that would be organized, efficient, and suitable for children. From the moment we arrived, the experience was extremely chaotic. There was no clear separation between adult and pediatric patients, no clear indication of where the children’s clinic was, and the waiting area was crowded with many adults. As a parent of sick children, I was very concerned that they would be exposed to additional illnesses while waiting. The registration and nursing process appeared to have no proper queue system, with patients gathering around the nurse station and everyone seemingly trying to get attention. We had to repeatedly ask for our children’s basic measurements to be taken. Another concerning issue was that there was a patient in the

The doctor was oke and friendly. But the system of this hospital seems very messy. Staffs aren't friendly and as if lack of proper training on how to handle customers. They all gossiping things in front of customers. What worst thing is, I waited for the meds that took ages in the pharmacy. I came back and forth to ask if my meds were ready. The staffs event lost my documents and clarified here and there. After waiting so long till very late afternoon, and only me left in the pharmacy area as patient, my name hasn't been called either. Until I came over and over... For the price that's not so cheap, there are so many aspects of the service in this hospital urgently need to be reviewed and improved SIGNIFICANTLY!

This was actually my third visit to this Emergency Department within the past two years. I have also previously received outpatient treatment here under Dr. Paulus, an Internal Medicine specialist. I chose this hospital primarily because it is very close to my residence. My disappointment with the Emergency Department began during my second visit. I felt that the attending physician appeared to prioritize patients who seemed more affluent. The patient next to us had already been placed on an IV and appeared relatively stable. While I fully understand that patients with more urgent medical conditions should always receive priority, I clearly remember the doctor engaging in casual conversation and laughter with that patient and her husband, while my mother, who was in significant pain, continued to wait for medical attention. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, the situation seemed even worse. When we arrived, only one emergency bed was occupied, yet the nursing staff appeare

No pictures taken, it just hasn’t been the first thing on my mind when I was here (super sorry!) Genuinely, I’ve been very satisfied with my appointments with the doctors here. What I appreciate the most is how thorough they are in explaining my condition. It doesn’t feel like I’m just being prescribed something and sent off, but rather having a real, two-way conversation. Also, across the different doctors I’ve seen, I’ve really valued their approach, taking the time to understand what I’ve been going through, what I need, and involving me in the decision-making process for my treatment. It feels more human and respectful. (This is super important for me). I do hope more doctors in Indo can provide this same level of care and thoroughness for their services. While I have to admit that this kind of service comes at a higher cost compare to others. But for me, it has been absolutely worth it for the quality of care I’ve received. Pls keep up the great work and continue providing th
