    The worst hospital I’ve ever encountered. IGD system is unclear, registration is done at two different places, there are only two beds available, and due to the long IGD queue, patients on IVs are forced to sit on PLASTIC chairs. The on duty doctor was also very rude and completely unhelpful, truly no sense of patient care or service!

    Thanks to all the camelia Nurse at Bhakti Mulia Hospital, team Doctor in charge dan also big thanks to dr.bhanu sp.pd in the category of a type C hospital referrals in west Jakarta the facility and health care was good enough, the experience of the treatment with the super humble staff and the rapid response of the treatment, thank you very much Nutritionist and cleaning service, maintain comfort and prime services, from my Mr. E nursing room VIP 4 Thank you, too, for all the ER teams that I don't remember one by one who responded quickly to his service and were very helpful 🩷

    Thank you for excellent service of all the staff! Start from registration staff, bu rangga and yovita, they gave a warm welcome and assisted me swiftly. Special thanks to Dr. Benny who is very friendly and calm me down so much during my first odontectomy, i didnt feel nervous at all. Bd.retno also very helpful with all the questions i have related to the surgery. The surgery went smooth and took less than 20 mins. Will recommend my friends, my colleagues and family to go to this hospital :) Ps. I am using BPJS and still have this top notch service 😊 Kudos, Bhakti Mulia!!
