    We had such a great experience at RS Brawijaya Saharjo. From the very first time we came for pregnancy check-ups until the delivery, everything was handled so well. The nurses and staff were all very kind, helpful, and responsive. They really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of during this special moment. Special thanks to dr. Fransisca Noela for handling the caesarean birth of my wife with so much professionally and with such a calm and gentle approach. We also want to thank Wiwin, who has been incredibly helpful since our very first visit. She always helped us with information and guided us through everything from the pregnancy check-ups until the delivery. Her help meant a lot to us. Very grateful for the whole team. Truly a wonderful experience for our family. 🙏

    I want to give a huge shoutout to the MCU service at Brawijaya Hospital Saharjo, the whole experience was truly excellent. They have a dedicated special room just for MCU, which makes the whole process feel organized, private, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly well-prepared and assisted me from head to toe with professionalism and warmth. From the general doctor, cardiologist, EKG, treadmill test, to all the lab checks, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Every step felt structured, clear, and thorough. They also provide food, water, and a very comfortable waiting experience, which made the whole MCU process feel effortless. Overall, I’m really impressed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth, complete, and well-organized MCU experience.

    I recently spent about three days at Brawijaya Hospital - Saharjo and had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the emergency doctors, nurses (ER and Lt. 5), and especially dr. Marcel, Sp.PD, were all incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail. Their care and dedication made me feel truly looked after. The hospital environment was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff did a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the room throughout my stay. The meals provided were decent and well-prepared, though there's still some room for improvement in variety and taste. Overall, I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Brawijaya Hospital - Saharjo to anyone in need of quality medical attention.

    I’ve been coming here since I was 6 months pregnant, through the day I gave birth, and now as my child continues regular check-ups and vaccinations. This place has been with us through such precious milestones, and the care has always been exceptional. Everyone from the security staff, nurses, and cleaning team greets us with genuine kindness. The doctors are warm, patient, and always willing to explain everything clearly, which gave me so much comfort as a new mother. During my delivery stay, the meals were thoughtfully prepared, varied, and truly delicious—nothing like the typical hospital food. Everything truly deserves five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
