  I visited Ciputra Medical Center for my annual medical check-up and was impressed with how spacious the facility is. I took the corporate package which cost around Rp1.3 million and the examination was very complete. My advice is to arrive before 8 AM, because after that the crowd gets bigger and the waiting time is much longer. The process starts with registration, which can also be done online, then you hand over your ID for verification. Once called, the nurse will guide you to change clothes and prepare for the tests. After the blood test, they provide a light meal so you don’t have to worry about skipping breakfast. The longest part is the second blood sugar test which requires a 2-hour wait, so in total the whole process takes about 3 hours. All the medical staff were professional and helpful, which made the experience smooth and reassuring.

  I had a medical check-up at Ciputra Klinik Center Lotte, and overall the experience was very satisfying. The entire process was well-organized and structured, from registration to the completion of all examinations, making everything smooth and not tiring. What I appreciated the most was the consultation with the doctor. The doctor explained the results in a detailed, clear, and easy-to-understand manner, and was very communicative and pleasant to talk to. All of my questions were answered thoroughly without feeling rushed. Overall, the service was professional, the staff were friendly, and the clinic environment was comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-organized medical check-up with high-quality consultation.
