    My mom is a patient since 2021. We're really grateful for all the services we have accepted till now. Considering my mom's old age, the surgeries went well. The team of doctors are very skillful, the nurses are really helpful, and the nutritionist team really understand what the patient's needed. And the best team of all is the haemodialysis team, their hospitality and positiveness always bring joy to the patient, always ready to answer all questions regarding the process. Though we have to spend hours for the process, yet it felt soothing. The negative side indeed is the parking space, which is too limited. No space even if we choose to use the valet service.

    I brought my dad here for a USG procedure. The soft-copy results were promised within one day; however, after two days, there has been no update. I have repeatedly contacted the hospital via landline and WhatsApp, but have received no clear response. This occurred despite our having paid for executive services, which raises concerns about the level of service provided to other patients. A procedure that typically takes about an hour at another hospital has taken several days here.

    This hospital don't have portable ventilator. So patients who needs respiratory help, when thry need to be moved to different rooms will be at high risk. They'll use manual pump with hand instead. Even tho due to covid, regular hospitals have portable ventilator... RIP Mom. She entered critical condition because of the lack of portable ventilator when moved from intensive care to regular room.

    Said the doctor will be available at 12.00. people have been waiting since 7-8 in the morning, and three hours later (15.00) still no doctor. UPDATE: it's 16.28 and still no clear answer of the availability of the doctor.
