  Cam here to check on my ear, a possible infection. Arrived around 4pm and there were around 20 persons in the waiting area. Registration was quick and I was assigned to see Dr Shofia. Waited around 15 mins and it was my turn, I’m thankful for the reasonable waiting period. Dr Shofia was well versed with English and Bahasa Indonesia, and her consultation was clear and detailed. She was very patient with some of my questions too. Endoscopy was done and I understood her advise after seeing her. I would recommend this hospital for visitors to Jakarta.

  Accompanied my wife for a consultation here. Our experience here was just simply terrible. First of all, such a well-known place with very good business was just so run-down. Entrance to toilet was wet with puddles here and there. Toilet reeked of terrible / pungent smell. Never been to a hospital with such a poor hygiene. Secondly, the professor, who is apparently the owner / founder of this place, was ONE WHOLE HOUR late to start his session that was supposedly started at 16.00. This definitely impacted the waiting time of tens of his patients. Not even a simple courtesy from the hospital to pre-notify the patients of this. Seems like poor punctuality and lack of respect of patients' time is the norm here. And lastly, the professor appeared to somehow trying to avoid accountability. Any questions from us was ambiguously answered. Then he just wrote down my wife's condition + possible treatments on a piece of post-it and told us to learn about it independently through the internet.

  I had a earwax plug in my ear and couldn't hear properly. Dr. Susana was very kind and professional. I had no appointment and had to wait only less than 90min. Shortly after I had no problems with my ear and the price was very fair. (Visiting from Europe)
