    First time doing a Women’s Medical Check-Up (MCU) here, and I had a great experience! The nurses were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease from the start. I was a bit nervous at first, but the entire process was smooth and professional. The doctor was also very kind and informative, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the check-up. I didn’t feel embarrassed at all, just supported and well taken care of. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking to check in on their health, especially for women’s health concerns

    Doctors and nurses are excellent, well qualified but unfortunately the customer service staffs are not professional, they didn’t response customers real-time eve though it was on the working hours ( I booked appointment via wa on Thursday but no reply at all until Saturday morning I texted again and they just replied it) I visited both clinic in pondok indah and Setiabudi regularly, as a loyal customer I’m very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the Concierge staffs. Even they didn’t want to assist me to follow up the lab result to medical concierge even they booked me to the different doctor , if I were not really careful I would end up visit the wrong doctor.

    Tried the VSC and LPG and the results are so good! The team is also so accommodating and could speak English so I didn't feel isolated. Very good service and everyone should try this out!
