    I work for the NHS and I was very impressed with this clinic when my partner needed treatment for an allergic reaction. The communication via whatsapp was convenient for us and we got the appointment time we requested on the same day (within 1.5 hours). The place is comfortable and clean.     I came for a consultation about refreshing vaccines against tropical diseases. Very efficient, competent and friendly services. You can make an informed decision about which vaccines you would like to get. You can also decide to have a blood test taken to determine if a certain vaccine you got in the past has still left your body with sufficiently high protection against the respective disease. If you decide for a vaccine or blood test, this is administered on the sport immediately. Very recommendable!

    Recently, I experienced a serious fall that required 6 stitches on my right ear and 2 stitches on my chin. I was treated at Good Practice Clinic by Dr. Vian, supported by nurse Lasmi and nurse Dika, with senior Dr. Steven Graaff providing medical oversight and quality control. While their technical skill and professionalism immediately reassured me of the high standard of medical expertise at Good Practice Clinic, it was their communication, attention, and genuine care that truly made the difference. Throughout the examination, the procedure, and the post-operation follow-up, both my wife and I felt fully supported, informed, and comforted. Their calm demeanour and patient-centred approach turned what could have been a stressful experience into one where we felt safe and well cared for.     Very good first visit experience. Friendly staff n doctors. Good for expats as all their staff speaks english. We were given biscuits while waiting for our prescription. So thoughtful….thank you.
