  I had a really good experience at Heartology Cardiovascular Hospital. I underwent a 3D ablation procedure for my tachyarrhythmia with dr. Sunu Budhi Raharjo, Sp.JP(K), and I honestly felt very well taken care of. He was very informative, very skilled, and also very reassuring. He explained things clearly and made me feel calm and safe going into the procedure. I was also accompanied by the lovely dr. Risma before and after the procedure, and she was very caring, comforting, and so nice to talk to throughout the whole process. The cathlab nurses, laboratory staff, administrative staff and security were all incredibly kind as well. Everyone was helpful, warm, and attentive. What I appreciated the most was the personal touch from every team member. It didn’t feel cold or impersonal at all. The hospital is clean, organized, and comfortable.   I came here to accompany my mom, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and well-organized the place is. There’s even a Djournal Coffee, which is perfect for grabbing a coffee while waiting. The nurses and staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend! :)
