  I’ve had several experiences here for both rawat jalan and rawat inap. Overall the service at RS Hermina Jatinegara has been good. The doctors are professional and the nurses are helpful and responsive. The hospital is clean and fairly comfortable for patients. Thank you to the medical staff for their care.

  Ver bad experience at registration desk, asking the officer while he was plaing with his mobile phone, did not no clear response. Very Bad costumer handling, for sure not coming to this hospital in the future
