    I’ve been a patient at JEC Menteng since I was in 3rd grade, so it’s been almost two decades of trusting them with my eyes. In 2015, I finally decided to do LASIK with Dr. Made Susi and it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She’s very professional—firm but also funny and warm at the same time, which made the whole process feel so comfortable. All the JEC staff have always been super friendly. Recently I did a BDR check with Bu Euis and Mas Mail, and their service was excellent. They were both very patient and attentive—Mas Mail was extremely detailed during the examination, from the trial glasses to explaining the axis and overall comfort clearly. I really felt taken care of. Overall, I’ve always had a great experience here. Consistent service, friendly team, and doctors who genuinely care. Highly recommend JEC Menteng!
