    I am so dissatisfied with the service from your staff. The have made mistake after mistake with my care. I thought I was done visiting you but of course that is not the case. Because, the doctor didn't give us or paperwork for obat and now I must return to your hospital again to rectify his mistake. It has nightmare trying to get proper obat prescribed and I have been paying out of pocket with each mistake. I should not have to pay anything. I am fully insured...I hope you take better care of your patients than you have with me

    One of the few heart centers in Jakarta, located in the heart of Jakarta. It's relatively small, with not much space for parking. Parking is somewhat difficult. Would recommend using the taxi to reach this place. ... The hospital is relatively new, built 5 years ago. Cleanliness is OK. Service is OK. There are a lot of patients, I suspect because this hospital serves the national BPJS insurance patients. If you have heart problem, I guess this is one place for all. It can conduct all modern heart procedures; echo, catheterization, pace maker placement, etc. The emergency service is excellent. Edit: you can park your car in the hotel next to this hospital. Very convenient.
