    I recently accompanied a friend who was admitted to the Pavilion Muzdalifah at Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih for a diagnostic procedure, and we were thoroughly impressed. The care here was exceptional; the nursing team was highly skilled, competent, and reassuring throughout the process. The rest of the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating. As for the facilities, the room was remarkably spacious and comfortable, and all the necessary amenities were fully provided, making the hospital stay feel as comfortable as it could be. Highly recommended for their professional and patient-centric care.

    My first visit here accompanying my dad for wisdom teeth surgery. Everything went well even using BPJS, same polite & full-force handling without exception. Ners at Arafah 2 are very polite & helpful, very hospitable. Areas are clean as well!

    The hospital is within walking distance from the Sumur Batu Bus Stop. The buildings have an older feel, each named after places in Makkah such as Mina and Raudah, which adds a unique charm. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly, and the information provided was clear. While the facilities may seem a bit dated, the overall experience was positive.
