  This clinic offers excellent service with affordable costs and BPJS support. During my first visit to the general polyclinic, dr. Reza was responsive, friendly, and even provided personal contact details for any follow-up health concerns. My second visit to the dental polyclinic with drg. Haulah was equally pleasant, she was very friendly, informative, and took the time to educate me about dental care beyond just performing the scaling procedure. The other staff members were also exceptional, friendly, attentive, and informative, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Overall, this clinic delivers professional care with a welcoming atmosphere. Great Job!

  Registration was fast. General practicioner dr. Reza was fast and detailed, patiently answering questions and doubts. Expect loooong wait for dentists, whether you set up appointment or not. "One appointment, one treatment," said dr. Iris. I only got dental check, consultation, and painkiller meds. What do you mean by treatment? Pharmacy was fast, meds are sometimes not in blisters nor strips, just poured into ziplock bags. Thank you.
