  One of the recommended clinic in downtown. The clinic was clean and have good ambience. They also have pharmacy inside. The doctor and the staffs were really kind, especially Dr. Ines who gave me helpful advices. They provide payment by QR code which is convenient to me who do not often bring cash and card. Thank you for the services!

  Today is my first time visiting this clinic. Two days before my arrival, I made an appointment for 9:00, and they informed me that the schedule was still available. Less than one hour before my schedule, I was informed that there were patients who had made an appointment at 8:30, and offered me to retreat to 10 o'clock, even though my condition had arrived in front of the clinic. After confirming with the registration officer, it turned out that the person at the agreement at 8:30 had not arrived, and I was promised that until 8:30 the person had not arrived, then I would be handled first. And it turns out that person arrived at 8:30 more, and immediately handled. I was asked to wait, and was informed that the patient was just a minute. After waiting for more than an hour, the patient was not finished yet, and there was no confirmation from the clinic staff. Finally I decided to cancel the appointment, and the registration department tried to contact the officer in charge of the roo

  Did the antigen test at 2.45 pm today and they told me that they will send the result by 3.30 pm. I tried to remind them via whatsapp at 5 pm cos they haven’t sent me the result. They didn’t respond my whatsapp at all. I tried to call and send them text but no response. This is so frustrating as I need the result prior to my evening meeting!!! They’re so unreliable and can’t be reached. Not recommended service! The phone number provided didn’t work either. I had to take another test in different place, this is such a waste of money!!!

  took urine test on saturday morning. On sunday I had not received the result. called Mayapada hospital lab, they said urine check was done at the clinic.... sent message to cs clinic on whatsapp, they said urine test takes 2-3 working days. sent message to central park clinic, they said the lab close on suday, and urine test takes H+1 so I should receive the result on monday morning. On monday morning I still had not received the result. sent message on whatsapp but no update. I visited the clinic and asked how long it take for urine test result to come out, they said 4 hours!. I asked about my test, they checked on the computer for few minutes then printed my result. they said they were busy on saturday. very very poor service and they lied just to cover up their mistake. very disappointing.
