  I had been treated at Mayapada Hospital Kuningan for around 6 days due to severe tonsillitis and underwent a tonsil surgery there. Throughout the entire process from consultation, treatment, surgery, until recovery I felt very well taken care of by the medical team and staff. Special thanks to dr. Vivi and dr. Khoirul for their professionalism, detailed explanations, and calm approach that really helped reduce my anxiety before and after the operation. Also huge appreciation to Suster Raras who was very attentive, patient, and caring during my recovery period. The hospital facilities were clean and comfortable, the nurses responded quickly whenever I needed help, and overall the service felt professional and reassuring. Recovering from tonsil surgery was not easy, but the support from the staff made the experience much better.
