Mobile JKN is not integrated with the hospital queue. We come here twice because we cant get the queue eventhough we got the appointment on Mobile JKN here. They even ask us to manually get the queue at 5 am. Who on earth want to get the queue at 5 am? Customer service was also not helpful at all. They only said "wait" and then turned off the call.
