    Based on my own experiences, I could say this is one of the best hospitals in Jakarta. The IGD (ER) team was fast and efficient, the anesthesia doctor succed on sticking the infusion on me on one attempt only (most other hospitals need more time), the administration for hospital stay was pretty fast and the people were very attentive. I was then tested for covid 19 (which is a standard procedure) and brought to transit room which was pretty pleasant. And after the pcr result came out few hours after, I was brought straight to my room. The VIP room was really pleasant, it has a sofa bed for one people who accompany the patient, water dispenser, automatic room divider, big toilet, and a big smart TV including netflix lol. It almost felt like a hotel actually. The doctors are very patient, attentive, and informative. Prof.Jusuf Misbach, Dr.Indah and nurse Ermy from Neurological Center, Dr.Feriadi Suwarna.     I came on Sunday afternoon with my child, who had a fever for more than 5 days. Before coming, I called to confirm the outpatient doctor’s availability because I wanted to avoid the ER, and I was told to come directly. After registration, my child’s temperature and weight were checked. Shortly after, we were told to go straight to the ER for IV infusion due to high fever—without the doctor examining my child first. After I insisted, a junior doctor examined my child, but the assessment was very minimal (only using a stethoscope; throat, ears, and eyes were not checked initially). The doctor repeatedly pushed us to go to the ER for infusion, without explaining any diagnosis, treatment plan, or follow-up. I felt like we were being sent to the ER rather than properly treated at the outpatient clinic, which was very distressing as I have personal trauma related to ER visits.     The hospital has very old doctors from my experience in years 2025-26 now. Doctors can't comprehend the symptoms being explained to them. They start with random tests & medication, and see if it works or not. It's very trial & error basis treatment, like asking on the internet & experimenting on the patient. Very untrustworthy experience. And costs are of the premium treatment, which you hardly get. Facilities are the only plus, but with incompetency of the doctors, those are useless.
