Everytime I went to MRCCC SH Semanggi, I was greeted well . The front office and the nurses are professional and super friendly. This time I had appointment with Dr Indra Manulang is one the best cardiologist, very clear in terms of diagnosis, friendly and professional. All facilities are there to make your visit as comfortable as possible. The electronic check in and check out as well as whatsapp service for outpatient is so convenient. I also appreciate the free valet service to those who drive car themselves. Keep up the great service for all your patients to get them well soonest. Thank you MRCCC Siloam Semanggi ❤️🙏

Had to wait 1.5 HOURS for my appointment, which I had already booked days prior. After waiting 45 minutes, I had to ask the nurse where the doctor was, and they said, “Oh, he still has 1 patient at Dharmais, then he’ll go to Siloam.” Meanwhile it was already 14:45, and my appointment was scheduled for 14:00–14:15. Please respect other people’s time. If you still have appointments at another hospital, don’t open appointment slots during times when you’re unavailable. Also, if you’re going to be late, please inform patients via WhatsApp or email. The doctor was not very informative either and didn’t properly check my condition, such as my breathing or anything else. It honestly felt like he was being lazy. Yet the consultation fee was expensive LOL. Big red flag. 2 stars because 1 star is for the cool application they have, and the other star is for the nurses and staff. They were really helpful!

I came for a TFCC wrist injury consultation and brought an MRI that cost Rp 5.030.000. The doctor did review my MRI, but the explanation was not very clear. He also spent a few minutes searching Google images to show the anatomy, which made the session feel less structured and left me more confused. I asked whether my tear was partial or complete, but I was told this can only be known during surgery. I also did not receive clear guidance about conservative treatment options (rest, bracing, physiotherapy) before considering surgery. I live alone and asked how immobilization (such as a cast) would affect daily activities, but it was only acknowledged after I mentioned it directly. I would have appreciated a clearer explanation and more detailed guidance about next steps and alternatives. Hopefully this helps improve future patient experience.
