  My outpatient session always above average service among other hospital. Otherwise, my inpatient experience was so poor. I was in VVIP room, but every nurse and doctor always ask the same template questions seems like they don’t have any connection information data. The administration was super slow, but to be fair the fee of this hospital is pretty much reasonable.

  Since they have their new tower, Merial Tower and maybe new management, I feel like IHC Pelni has upgraded and growing bigger in all aspects such as facilities, hi-tech methods and procedures, services, hospitality, great doctors and ners. The rest of the staffs are very helpful and kind. There are not so many hospitals in town that have many kind of variations of F&B, but in IHC Pelni we can find those and that is a plus point

  My mother was hospitalized there 5 days. Nice hospital with lot of open space area, something rare in Jakarta. Service was warm and very kind, nurses and doctors treat the patient very well. Very recommended.

  Did my medical check up here with a complete package and reasonable price. Appreciate the prompt and helpful assistance from staffs and doctors. The elevator is somewhat slow though.
