  We took our MCU here and the staff were helpful and informative. When we registered at 7.15, we have done before 12. The place was quiet and clean. We had our simple lunch also after taking the first blood check. The result will be given through email on the next day. Let them know your needs and they'll try to help to figure out.

  I am very satisfied with the service at Pertamina Jaya Hospital, especially with Dr. Jordan, spesialis penyakit dalam. Dia baikk bangett, friendly, and highly professional doctor. What I appreciate the most is that he treats all patients equally whether you are a BPJS or non BPJS patient, you will receive the same care and respect. One memorable experience was when, after a consultation, he immediately recommended me to do a blood test on the same day. I didn’t have to wait long, and it really helped speed up my treatment process. Thank youuuu so much, Dr. Jordan for the excellent service ☺️🙏🏻

  Everything is Okay, until happened at the malfunction on the online queeing system. Many times happened, everytime we booked online appointment, until the day we arrived, the nurses reported online system errors... Unbelievable... With the high-tech we have nowadays.. how can this happened.. Would that be better, if IHC change the rule for online booking of doctor's appointment?
