    We had a great experience at Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Puri Indah. Dr. A. Budi Marjono was very kind and reassuring, and is always patient in answering our questions as first-time parents. Thank you as well to Dr. Asri, S.Pa, and Bidan Dewi, Bidan Dian, and Bidan Ami for their attentive and supportive care. The facilities are also excellent—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable—which made the entire experience even better for our family. Wishing the entire hospital team continued good health and success.

    Had a 9-day stay at RSPI Puri Indah recovering from an illness, and overall it was a great place to recover. The room layout, amenities & facilities were exceptional, which made the stay comfortable. From the emergency services to the inpatient experience, the hospital system is very well-organized, efficient, and easy to navigate. The doctors were also excellent. What stood out the most was the attentiveness of the nurses, catering team, and housekeeping staff. Everyone was helpful, responsive, and genuinely made the stay much more comfortable. Really appreciate the care and hospitality from the whole team, thank you 🙏🏼

    RSPI has been our first choice for every medical issue, we’re grateful for a very smooth process from Emergency, Registration, Check-in and everything in between. Also a special shoutout to dr. Himawan who has been so informative and supportive towards our stay and also all the nurses, Nurse Reni, Tantri, Meiva and Azizah who has been really helpful and quick response towards our request and always ready whenever we need help. Also grateful for the cleaning service team specially for Bu Devi, it’s not an easy job to be done, but it’s been done splendidly, thank you everyone.

    I recently underwent abdominal liposuction surgery with dr. Irwan Batubara SpDVE and operating room team, Sr. Titi and Sr. Agnes. This qualified team were very calm and helped manage my nerves and made the entire experience so much more bearable. Dr. Irwan is not only incredibly skillful but also kind and patient, managing to stay professional and understanding despite my constant anxiety. His work was flawless with near and precise movements, I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. Because this procedure is one day care, so I can comfortably go back home and doing my routine. Big shout out to this team 👏👏 Thanks RSPI Puri and Team🙏🙏
