  I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The examinations felt disorganized and I was passed around multiple times without clear answers. The handling of lab samples was careless, which might have led to contamination and unreliable results. Overall, the service was very poor, and I hope the hospital improves its quality of care.

  Excellent. If you are an international and need medical help in Jakarta, this is a great place to go. We had visited two other hospitals beforehand, but they did not feel clean and nobody spoke any English. Here, you will immediately be assigned to a personal escort who guides you through the hospital and who also functions as a translator during appointments. They don’t start with questions about money and insurance (of course I have insurance), they just want to help you. They are very quick, we had an appointment the same day. After that, we stayed in touch via WhatsApp which was also nice. There is a special waiting room for you and they provide you with drinks and snacks. Overall, despite my medical condition, the experience was very pleasant and I can recommend it to everybody requiring medical help. Great thanks to the two escorts who were there for us along the way! We wish you all the best.
