  I was charged an excessive amount for services that were both slow and unsatisfactory. It felt like the doctor unnecessarily lots of blood test, CT scans, pushed for surgery, without giving alternative treatments as medicine or other effective treatment plan. As a result, the final bill was significantly higher than expected.

  Great experience overall. The doctors and nurses were very friendly and helpful. The service was fast and professional, and the hospital was clean and comfortable. Everything was handled smoothly.

  Discharged today from VIP ward and look at my hand, how they injected IV is very rude and unprofessional despite of i’ve complained my hands hurt several times, the nurses rudely injecting medicine with very fast without considering to slowly massage. My Doctor also instructed that i have to be fully rested but at night and dawn since first day , nurses rudely open the door and switch on the light without permission causing me waking up in shock and having headache The communication flow also messy since last year and no improvement at all. Last year i asked when will my doctor visit since 8 AM and guess what the nurse didn’t relay the question at all until 12PM. This year, i asked nurse to check with my doctor which medicine that will counter one of my symptom and they didn’t RELAY THE QUESTION UNTIL 8 HOURS LATER AND WHEN I ASKED THE NURSE LIED .. She said “the doctor hasn’t replied yet” plus they Didn’t informed my doctor that i threw up. Last night when i double checked to the Doc

  Really appreciate the care and service from all nurses and staffs. Everyone was very friendly :) Giving a shoutout specifically to Bu Bila who has been very very friendly to me when serving the hospital foods during my inpatient care, foods tasted really good
