  Edited : up one more ⭐ because they responded FAST. Thank you Dr. Dimas for explaining my treatment quite clearly in plain English 😁 I'm currently admitted to this hospital. I'm giving a more neutral star but see if I could edit it later to 5 stars. I was admitted several times in this hospital. Usually in 1st class but last night it was full so I'm now in VIP. Co-pay with BPJS. Actually I like this hospital A LOT. The size of the building is relatively small so my colon cancer stadium 4 body still can manage the monthly visit for routine check. But my 3 (now 4.5) ⭐ means there is room for improvement (inpatient only) 1. Faster reaction from the nurse station when the patient press the bell. 2. Faster process from ER to room. 3. VIP room with no toilet tissue? Paper tower? Oh no. 4. Please explain the treatment from the doctor to the patient and caregivers in details. I'm here wondering why I'm still on the sugar drip eventhough my blood sugar was tested high. There must be some

  My mother recently came here for a surgery and we left rather disappointed of the service. Although yes generally it was okay, the staff lacked a sense of urgency which was a shared complaint between ward neighbors. They were much less communicative therefore causing miscommunication between nurse - patient - doctor. When asked follow up questions, the staff expects us to already know how the hospital runs?? The procedures for admin are also very confusing especially compared to other hospitals.. At certain times, other patients seemed much nicer and helpful than the hospital staff themselves!! Sorry, but this hospital is mediocre at best😕

  Waited really long for medicine. Took me like 2 hours or so just to get the medicine, I suppose they need to be faster, especially with the amount of people waiting.

  Bad service for emergency room. I went here for couple times and i can assure there’s no hospitality given by the medical team (nurses or doctors). Today, one of the doctor came to my bed and rudely asked “What is your problem?! Are you new, too?” When i said i am going to pay from my pocket, her tone is a bit nicer. Learn to treat your patient nicely and do not discriminate. This hospital officially become my least go-to hospital. Not only it took a very long time to wait for the doctor with just one minute check up. I had to return to this hospital atleast twice until i am healed. I don’t recommend this hospital.
