    The best hospital services for me Yes. Expensive, but worthy, because you do not to need to go to Singapore or Malaysia for special doctor treatment or surgery. In Jakarta has it. The location just inside rscm area. Parking space actually enough, but in some circumstances a bit difficult to find parking space due some visitor (not patients) also come to it. Atm center in 1 st floor together with some snacks stall and cafe/resto also farmacy shop in the same floor too. A little mushola on the 3rd floor

    Our outpatient experience in neuroscience cluster rscm kencana was superb. Been coming back and forth since 2019, never think of going to another hospital ever since. Medical staffs were friendly, helpful and compassionate toward patients and their family, especially Dr. Amanda Tiksnadi, Sp.S PhD, nurse Welly and her team in neuroscience cluster. They're very good at they do (medically) and treating patients like their own family, never seemed to be in a hurry and showed true concern. They're genuinely kind, warm and professional at the same time. Sofas in neuroscience cluster's waiting lounge were comfy enough, toilet and other facilities were also in good condition, clean and smells ok. Not like in other hospitals'.     Been a year being in and outpatient here, now i can drop a review from my expierience. Plus side: Kencana has complete sub-specialist doctor and decent hospital equipments. The doctors are competent and they have a good teamwork. All we need to do is ask nicely when we dont understand about the condition or the therapy, they will explain patiently. The inpatient nurses on the 5th floor and the outpatient nurses on 3rd and 5th floor are nice The admission, insurance team work do a great job so far. Downside (please improve): Hard to get parking space, i need to pay for valet service almost every time. Please fix the parking building, it is a shame we cant use it anymore. The automatic infusion machine is not sufficient for all the patients. It is necessary to add more. The price has escalated very high since June 2025. Before, Kencana had a competitive price compared to other private hospital. But now it is way higher than most in Jakarta. Also please fix the WA center faster.

    A bad experience that shows the hospital is not professional. I came because because my digestive system was not working. The first doctor understood and said it would heal by itself and would give me a medicine to reduce gas. When i left i was given 6 medicines, and it next days the pain in my stomach got very painful. I appeared they had prescribed ant diarrhea medicine which slows down the digestive system, making the problem worse. No gas relieving drug was included. Chatgtp caught it, and my dutch doctor confirmed. I would have been better off not going to the hospital at all.
