    During our family holiday in Jakarta, our 2-year-old son developed a worrying fever of 39.3°C. We rushed to this hospital and were immediately impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the doctor and staff. They efficiently conducted a check-up, assured us it was a normal fever, and successfully brought his temperature down to 38°C. We were so relieved when he was well enough to be discharged. Above and beyond, they even shared a personal wifi hotspot so we, as Malaysian tourists without local data, could purchase a roaming package. They were a true lifeline in a stressful situation. (A minor note for future visitors: there was some renovation work happening, but it did not disrupt the excellent care).

    The best government hospital in its class !! Come here for a fever and UTI and taken care by the amazing dr Hendra , dr Ani Their teams The staff is really tidy,all in one uniform according to their jobs.they are all nice,warm and helpfull from the registration desk ,the emergency,pharmacy and even the security 🔅 The emergency room itself is superclean,and the floor is shiny The doctors and nurses examaninate me,took my blood and urine for the test,diagnose and give some advices all in just less than 2 hours !! If can,i would like to give more stars !! Totally recommended to all people around Thank you so much for the 5 star trearment !! 🙏👍
