  Competent doctors but admin system with the ticketing system and support staff are pretty bad. Very often leading to almost an hour of wait times to check out when using insurance. Occasionally longer if we have to wait for medication

  I had a very good experience at Siloam Hospital Kebon Jeruk. The hospital has excellent standards and services. The staff are really nice, friendly, and very helpful. I came here for a medical check-up, and the whole process was fast, smooth, and well-organized. Highly recommended

  I went here 5 times this year, and the staff were very nice and understanding to me. Even though the waiting was a bit long, the service is worth it and the medicine did not taste bad. I also had a blood test there to test for dengue fever and the needle was a bizarre feeling but I thankfully tested negative for dengue fever.

  always came to this hospital for any sickness. Also they have a bakery store and Chateraise. this hospital is very recommended
