  Tidak ada senyum yang diberikan staff sejak awal hingga akhir pelayanan. Penjelasan hasil lab sangat singkat, very very unsatisfying. I just can give a star for their serving, at least just to appreciate their effort in analyzing my blood, and for the paper lab they gave . That's it.
