  What I like: - the beauty clinic is clean and inviting - the place is open until 8pm which enable customer to check in after office working hour What I don’t like: - for facial , too many tier pricing which I find it not transparent at all - facial prices start from basic Rp350k but the facial therapist will keep upsell their facial services etc. To be honest, it’s quite tiring to listen to therapist that talk too much and tried too much during the session. I did not enjoy the session because the therapist is upselling their services and the facial service expectation did not meet the price paid.

  been visiting this place since 12 years+ ago. but today might be the last time i visit this clinic. im okay with the price that are more expensive than the other clinics but what turn me off is the customer service. after the payment is done we ask the simple question and they all ignored us. ms april and her friends were the worst people i found ever work in service. also the ridiculous free voucher that only gave 20.000 rupiah off per treatment that expired in a month. my wise one cent, better you train your customer service if you dont want to lose more customer. so unproffesional ..i will not recommend this clinic and wont visit here anymore. adios after 12+ years. also, people here are kinda "forced" to write a good review in return of the voucher. lol.

  It's my 4th visit already, arguably the best beauty clinic in Jambi. I always enjoy having my laser treatment here. The care is gentle and everyone is so nice. Recommended!
