  I understood when I booked this hotel that it is a budget hotel, however, I was not expecting the poor quality of the room. We only stayed 1 night, thank God. I would've asked for a refund if I have to stay more nights than that. The following were the issues: 1. We booked a superior room, based on the picture it has a window. What I didn't know was that the window faces the hallway instead of outside and can't be open. 2. The blinds on the window was broken, it cannot be rolled up or down. Someone from maintenance has to come and replaced it. 3. The toilet seat was broken. They just placed the toilet seat on the toilet with no screws. Again, we had to call maintenance to replaced it. 4. No hair dryer, so we had to call front desk to request for one. 5. It floods when it rained in front of the hotel. We were only there one night and it rained, thus, the flood. Some positive points: 1. They can do express laundry in house, charges per kg. It costs an arm and a leg (IDR 50,000/kg) they
