  My experience at Hospital Provita Jayapura was generally good. The doctors are professional and explain the medical treatment clearly, which makes patients feel more comfortable and calm. However, there are a few things that can be improved. The waiting time is sometimes quite long, especially during busy hours.   Bad service. Nurses and staff don't care about covid-19 patients.

  Just do my antigen test here before my flight tomorow, they only swab from one side of the nostril and the result take approx 30min, the swab antigen test cost Rp. 275.000 I like the politeness and the attitude of the employee, i would like to say thank you personaly & keep the good work.
