  Worst experience ever! It’s not the first time i visit here but today is the worst. I registered by phone for 2 persons but registration only registered 1 name. Then when i waited for obstetrician, the staff were busy with herself, i asked how long the queue, she told me to wait, but she didn’t call my name at all. My number was skipped by her but she insisted that she already called my name. She didn’t apologize at all. Move to the cashier, the cashier gave the wrong amount, she doubled up the amount. I should pay 1.9 million rupiah instead of 1 million. The invoice said that i used 2 injection ampules, in actual i only used 1. Invoice revision also took a long time. In total i spent 3 hours in this hospital. I am dissapointed and angry with the service. Hopefully they improve this situation. Update 02 Nov 2019: I went there yesterday. Still no improvement. They forgot to give me medical reference letter.

  This Hospital are Clean , and The Doctors are very kind espesially Heart Specialist Doctor . But the only one the minus of this Hospital are The Nurse are not kind at all sometimes We met unpolite Nurse here .
