  Dear Klinik Ar-Rahman Medika and Dr. Endah, I feel compelled to provide constructive feedback regarding my recent experience during a consultation at your clinic. I was deeply disappointed with the service I received, especially from Dr. Endah. First and foremost, the doctor’s attitude was unprofessional, with a tone that was curt and unfriendly. When I explained my concerns, I was met with a dismissive response, “So, what’s wrong with you?” which made me feel dismissed and undervalued as a patient. Furthermore, I noticed that the sick leave certificate issued by Dr. Endah contained an incorrect date – it reflected today’s date, even though my visit took place the day before. This kind of oversight is concerning, especially when it comes to important administrative documents. A doctor’s professionalism is crucial in ensuring patients feel comfortable and respected. I hope that both Dr. Endah and the clinic as a whole will take this feedback seriously, and work towards improving the
