  From the very beginning of our arrival at Mandaya Royal Hospital, we felt genuinely well taken care of. Starting from the security staff, the receptionists, and the front office team, everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. Even at the Emergency Department (ER), the staff showed a high level of professionalism and kindness. Their service truly felt sincere like it came from the heart. At every step, they clearly prioritized the patient’s condition, which brought a great sense of calm and reassurance to us as a family. When we were escorted to the room, the care and attentiveness continued. We stayed in room 1105, and one thing that really stood out besides the warm hospitality was the room cleanliness. The room was cleaned on time, very thoroughly, and consistently, helping to maintain the patient’s comfort throughout the stay.   Had a pleasant stay here. All the nurses, doctors, and staff were quick-witted and responsive. The room was nice and clean, thanks to Mas Ilyas from housekeeping. The food and facilities were also good. I was particularly fascinated by “one by one room” in the emergency ward. Thankyou!
