  My experience had been unpleasant since first I came in. 1. The doctor which I was appointed to was not committed to the timeline 2. Nurses are nice, but somehow still unaware of their own duty and policies, especially in terms of patient's paperworks. 3. I had to bear the pain of incorrect infusion needle for hours; which I consider very unprofessionally done by nurses. It took hours for them to realise I was in pain bc of wrong needle (my needle was too big). 4. Administration is not as transparent as I expected. The nurse almost had me to signed up a discharge statement letter without any statement completion done by the doctor in charge. 5. My room's floor was dirty, the nurse bell is worn out, there's mold spotted on the wall, no trashbin at all, the remote tv was incorrect and they never sent the correct one, and the ac leaked twice (my room was a 'deluxe' room btw) 6. Their evacuation procedure during earthquake was a mess too. All staffs should be trained properly. 7. And I go

  The floor is dirty. Registratiin system very bad. Waiting almost 20 minutes awaiting registration, and seems the operator dont know what to do. Nurses looks dont have emphaty since thay talk each other loudly, full of laugh while in front of them many people ill. The queue also weird, 1 nurse said we at number 1 register, but doctor calls other patient. Please improve the services, since i knew primaya ot other city have superior services
