  I had a disappointing experience at RS Permata Keluarga Karawang, especially with the obstetricians and pediatricians. The doctors seemed unresponsive and lacked a sense of urgency, which was extremely concerning in situations that required immediate medical attention. Their approach felt impersonal, with little empathy or reassurance provided to patients and their families. In critical moments, clear communication and prompt action are essential, yet these were noticeably lacking. This not only caused frustration but also raised serious concerns about patient safety. Given the importance of proper medical care, I strongly feel that significant improvements are needed in both responsiveness and compassion. Based on my experience, I really cannot recommend this hospital. Be careful!

  Based on my sibling's experience, I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hospital, especially with one of the obstetricians. Instead of providing proper care and support, the doctor was dismissive and lacked empathy, making the entire experience stressful and frustrating. A hospital should be a place where patients feel safe and well taken care of, but here, it felt quite the opposite. The lack of professionalism and concern for patient well-being is unacceptable, especially in such a critical medical field. I strongly urge this hospital to improve its standards and treat patients with the respect and care they deserve. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality healthcare.
