  The doctors and nurses were excellent; the service was great and quick in responding to our needs. However, my experience was unfortunately tainted by the senior looking security guard on duty. He was quite unfriendly and unprofessional. He could have simply and politely requested that I step out of the room, but instead, he chose to scold me and voice unnecessary complaints. Thankfully, the other security guard accompanying him was much friendlier and showed great professionalism by apologizing for his colleague’s behavior. The hospital management should address the attitude of their senior security staff, as their lack of courtesy significantly detracts from the otherwise high quality of care provided by the medical team.
