  Went to its dental clinic, everything ran fine, just had confusing diagnose which made me being tossed from one specialist to another specialist, annoying. Met a rude doc's assistant, filed a complaint about it all, processed. However, once i met the "rude" assistant again for the next appointment, instead of getting a sorry, I got a sarcasm in a "thank you for making me wrote a statement to the 5th floor" disguise, right after the doctor injected anesthesia to my mouth while I was waiting for my tooth to get extracted LOL. I didnt even know what she meant, LOL. So rude, disappointed. For a major hospital, I know they can do better. Wish they can manage their people better, the rudeness especially. Cheers!
