  Don't go to a major hospital's ER such as this hospital if your emergency is only choked by fish bone and hard to swallow. They do not have the capacity to help you, only when you are already sekarat then come to this hospital's ER, guaranteed accepted (not really, I don't know). Well, I do not know the classification of emergency situations (maybe only those near to death), my GP suggested me that my condition can be addressed in the ER, so I went to this hospital, expecting that they can help me. Well, they said in such a short sentence that I will be warded if I want it to get addressed through the ER, for faster way go to the specialist practice instead. Really not helpful. Think twice before coming here, unless this is your last choice. Cheers!

  The doctors are so arrogant and rude. 🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱they let my dad completely “naked” in the ICU room which the room was extremely cold. I felt the way they treat their patient were not HUMANE!!! hospital with no manners and skills of doctors and nurses 😡😡😡😡

  I called FOUR times just to get hung up not even 20 seconds of talking. Rude. Unprofessional. Don't apply for a customer service job if you don't have the capacity to be one.
