  Super impressed with this clinic. They were responsive over WhatsApp and we were able to see a doctor quickly. We loved it so much the first time we decided to return the very next day! (Just kidding, we weren’t sure about some symptoms so went again due to that). Both times everyone was so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The standard of care here is very high. While we were waiting there was a patient who was very rude and demanding of the staff and they handled this with grace. The price was also very reasonable and affordable. Hopefully won’t have to go for a third time but wouldn’t hesitate if needed. Suksma!

  I visited with my 9 year old after she slipped on a rock at the beach and hit her arm. She was in a fair amount of pain and I suspected a fracture. Even though I knew the clinic did not have the ability to xray, I wanted the Dr to look her over to make sure there were no underlying issues and to see if an xray could wait until we were back on the mainland. The staff and Dr who helped us were all so professional and caring and helped ease my mind significantly. They gave us a cold pack, some medication and a sling to get us through a few days until we head back to Bali. I then received a message the next day to check in and see how she was going! I could never expect that at home! They have impressed this mama that's for sure.

  I was able to make an appointment to have follow up for a skin infection. The nurse and doctor were very skilled, friendly and profesional. Went through all the options and cleaned rhe wound. After the draining I felt much better. Got some extra medication and medical tisue to furher clean the wound myself. I kept in touch with them so there was fillow up and the progression of the closure of the wound. The wound is healing very well. Many thanks!🙏🏼👌🏼👍🏼

  We had an excellent experience with East Medical Care Center. They arrived at our resort quickly and were incredibly attentive from the moment they walked in. The team was professional, calm, and caring, clearly explaining everything and only doing what was genuinely needed. Their bedside manner made us feel safe and well looked after, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of care provided. Overall, they were reliable, compassionate, and highly competent — we’re very grateful and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing medical help while travelling.
