    Great clinic, this is my 2nd visit here in the past year, definitely my go to whenever I need a doctor in Nusa Penida. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Nurse Peby, Intan, and Dr. Jessica were wonderful this morning. I’m in and out with the right care & medication so much quicker than I’m used to in the USA. They provide all the necessary documentation to make your claim with travel insurance too. Highly recommend!

    Absolutely recommend this clinic. The staff was very kind, professional, and helpful from the very beginning. I came in feeling stressed and worried after an animal scratch, and the medical team handled everything calmly and professionally.     Excellent and prompt care for a deep cut on my son’s foot requiring stitches. The doctor and staff were very friendly and competent. According to my wife, who is a nurse, the treatment protocol was very rigorous and professional, similar to European standards. All the necessary documents for insurance reimbursement were provided, as well as the post-operative care kit (gauze, disinfectant, antibiotic cream, etc.).
