    We took my daughter to the emergency room here when she was sick. The Dr. wanted to admit her for possible dehydration because she had various symptoms over the past few days. Later they took her bloods when they discovered she had an infection, so they admitted her for 3 nights to give antibiotics. We got to the hospital at 10:30 that night but didn't get into a room until 2:00am which was way to long to wait with a sick 2 year old baby who wasn't able to sleep properly. We used BPJS health insurance to get admitted but were able to have a private room the first night because the class 1 rooms were full. The next day they downgraded us but there was no extra bed for the parent to sleep. We were going to be there for another 2 nights after that so we wanted to go back into a private room with an extra bed. We were told we have to pay for all 4 nights in the VIP suite even though we had already used BPJS for the first 2 nights and hadn't even stayed in a VIP room on Friday night. Ridicu

    Sooo recommended!! Best service, best facilities, best doctors and staffs. I used to be here since my first pregnancy till my third one. I trust in my favorite obgyn dr Indra. Since then, he treated me well with all of my problem due to my complicated pregnancy. Big thanks to him and the team ❤🙏🏼. Really appreciated. Good luck for you dr Indra and so does Permata Hati ❤
