  Got my wound dressing done and Tetanus injection here. Even as a tourist I was helped and assisted well. People spoke english. Very friendly. Unlike other tourist hospitals you wont be emptying your pockets here. You pay the right price for a good healthcare service. At the beginning i didn’t know where to go, but a local helped and directed me. First registration, you need your passport or photo of it. Then to the doctor consultation. Then payment and billing. Finally collect medicines in Pharma. If you want a medical report, they will give it to you. Need to request for it. Thanks to all the staff for your kindness and support.

  Amazing hospital, amazing staff. Very kind and helpful. I was there for suspected barotrauma and they listened to all my concerns. Doctor spoke English well. Thanks for the great patient service. God bless

  On 26/09/2025 my pregnant wife experienced a scooter crash on the wonderful roads (read: chain of potholes) of Nusa Penida. We were rushed to the hospital in a hurry since she had severe abrasions and a gaping wound in the knee and was worried about the baby. Upon arrival we were immediately assisted by Dr. I Wayan Agus Wini. The doctor arranged an ultrasound within 10-15 minutes of arrival and even requested another docter to come to the hospital for an echo of the baby and this within 30 minutes of arrival. This was all in evening hours. After we were ensured the baby was fine the doctor took his time to clean the wounds and stitched them. All paperwork was also done before the next morning allowing us to repatriate. We are now 3 weeks later and the wound has healed very well.   I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The service was extremely poor — there were no male nurses or staff available, which made things very inconvenient. On top of that, when we requested a doctor’s letter required by the airline to confirm fitness to travel, the staff simply told us to go and find the nearest clinic at the airport instead of helping us. This was very unprofessional and showed a lack of responsibility towards patients. Overall, the level of care and support was far below expectations. Definitely not recommended.
